fda2ea7d6a ADDED: Dynamic clone plot diagrams. 
Need a bit further cleanup. Nothing gets saved to the workbook.

TODO update settings for descriptions and nicknames.

Signals need a way to map to a plot, and also CURSORS
will probably have to move into SIM_PLOT_DIAGRAM.

77c7cf7cc4 Simulation: Move SIM_PLOT_TAB::m_plotWin to its own SIM_PLOT_DIAGRAM class, 
while in the same file for now it only paves a way to a multiplot simtab
and maybe also to some future (soon to be named as Plotframes) non modal dialogs,
(to be used as a history view for example).

4c5b44545f Slight modification to followTrivialPath 
Now keeps track of branch points, recursing through them to find the
longest path it can in both directions.  This helps to ignore
overlapping segments

23c1a68da8 Make printing consistent with plotting. 
How you ask?  Plot first -> then read the PDF and print directly to the
platform-specific printers.  Roundabout?  Yes.  Better than wx printing?
Darnbetcha.

Also allows multi-size page printing and proper margins and print
preview

2ff3f1fac1 Eeschema, DXF plotter: allows dxf unit selection (inch/mm) like in Pcbnew 
Fix other minor issues in DIALOG_PLOT_SCHEMATIC.
Previously the export was always in inch (and in mm in Pcbnew)
kicad-cli always export in mm (like in Pcbnew)

c5d5a718aa Altium: handle '.var' concatenated special strings 
The ST MB2046 reference board, for example, has all the
assembly-layer ref-des text in the format '.R42' even though
they're not concatenated.

Enable the existing but commented-out text.
