NamesList: Use ‘Qmap’ instead of ‘Qhash’

language code before saving the element-file.
Added English comment in header-file.

Finds when temporary containers are being created needlessly.
These cases are usually easy to fix by using iterators,
avoiding memory allocations.
And mod to return on first true
can we test if the Elements collection reload faster or not?

remove user-defined copy constructor
...
We need to define our own copy constructor only
if an object has pointers or any runtime allocation
of the resource like file handle, a network connection..etc.
note: Default constructor does only shallow copy.
