Grr... appstream-util will error in strict mode for unknown tags and it has no way of getting new tag information because there is no DTD published. Just a flippin C-lang program that will "validate" your file. So awesome that they are using XML! Definitely the best representation when you are going to hard-code your requirements, not version your data
