ADDED: Any addition board layers can be plotted on all selected board layer when plotting. CHANGED: The new plot to all layers feature made the plot edge cuts option obsolete. Users must now select the edge cuts layer from the list of plot to all layer selections to include edge cuts on all layers when plotting. Fixes https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/2449
