0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

8abbae9dc2 Sym edit: add copy/paste/cut/etc actions to fp filter table 
Implemented as a "TRICKS" class that could wrap any wxListBox
with similar effects.

77797103f7 Add ability to embed files in various elements 
Schematics, symbols, boards and footprints all get the ability to store
files inside their file structures.  File lookups now have a
kicad-embed:// URI to allow various parts of KiCad to refer to files
stored in this manner.

kicad-embed://datasheet.pdf references the file named "datasheet.pdf"
embedded in the document.  Embeds are allowed in schematics, boards,
symbols and footprints.  Currently supported embeddings are Datasheets,
3D Models and drawingsheets

377ffb00b0 Re-run autoplacement after symbol replacement (when appropriate). 
Also prevents an internal wxWidgets assert by clearing grid
selection before deleting rows.

1026596964 Allow symbols to be derived from other derived symbols. 
[CHANGED] Symbols can now be derived from other derived symbols removing
          the requirement to derive from root symbols.

1548b14f84 DIALOG_LIB_SYMBOL_PROPERTIES: fix incorrect state of two wxCheckboxes. 
When opening the dialog, m_excludeFromBomCheckBox and  m_excludeFromBoardCheckBox
states were the opposite of the actual symbol property.

016c958021 Always build spice simulator support 
The simulator has advanced considerably, and it is seeing lots of active
development, so make it a required part of KiCad. Additionally, the
build without the simulator has actually been broken for a while, so no
one clearly is building without ngspice right now.

05b9836f60 Remove ugly hack of passing SCH_SYMBOL as parent of LIB_FIELD array. 
Also adds simulation model inference to Symbol Editor's Simulation Model
Editor, and adds write-back from both Simulation Model Editors to their
parent Symbol Fields Editor dialogs.

8694c37376 Remove requirement that non-power symbols share a name and value 
There is no technical reason for this restriction for non-power symbols, so let's remove it.
This will allow more flexibility and compatibility with other tools.

c5a256291e Sim Model Editor: Display model parameters 
This commit adds parameter display functionality, via a wxPropertyGrid
widget, to the Sim Model Editor. To faciliate that, a SIM_VALUE class is
created to serialize, deserialize, and validate numeric values in the
new parameter grid.

SPICE_MODEL is renamed to SIM_MODEL and split into several subclasses
that correspond to different model kinds.
