The ST MB2046 reference board, for example, has all the
assembly-layer ref-des text in the format '.R42' even though
they're not concatenated.
Enable the existing but commented-out text.
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
