0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

dde1b31ef7 DIALOG_BOARD_STATISTICS: do not take in account edge.Cuts items thickness 
To define the physical board size, graphic items thickness has no matter.

those holes in pads and vias

493828cc6b Eradicate a bunch of calls to dyn_cast. 
Also deletes PAD::GetParent() which fails to look for parent footprint
through groups.

9c78e4cf54 Mac needs different font size handling than MSW & GTK. 
Mac already uses diverse font sizes (for instance, smaller fonts for
radio button groups), and the anti-aliasing is a lot better.  The
other platforms need a more limited range of sizes.

fbee62fc15 Tie font size scaling to when automatic icon scaling fails. 
It appears that SetSymbolicSize() and ConvertDialogToPixes() fail
under the same circumstances.

3f73d8c2b5 SHAPE_LINE_CHAIN::Area() should always be positive 
The algorithm relied on the assumption that the points were
ordered anti-clockwise. When ordered in a clockwise fashion, the
result was correct but negative.

0427bda768 Remove useless wx/wx.h include, that create sometimes compil warnings on msys. 
wx/wx.h includes all wxWidgets .h files, and sometimes creates collision
names in #define between kicad and windows headers
Moreover, blindly including a lot of useless files is compil time consuming

e7db43285f ADDED new footprint fabrication attributes. 
This commit also adds mapping of the new symbol properties
"exclude from BOM" and "exclude from board" to be correctly
handled in Update Board from Schematic.

c6f5df134c Minor speed cleanup 
This adjusts iterators to use const reference when only used for
copy.  It also ensures pre-allocation of vectors when size is known
ahead of time.
