5f3c67bd2b Fill in some missing GetMsgPanelItems and make some others consistent. 
Also expunges a std::vector<MSG_PANEL_ITEM> cover type.

a5247471f7 Expunge a bunch more fixed font specs from wxFormBuilder files. 
Also removes the -1 sizing of the status bar on GTK and MSW.

c1d1c12b41 Simplify message panel code. 
We've had the colours turned off for two releases now without any
screaming or gnashing of teeth, so it's time to clean up the code.
