Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Properly cleanup git repos and memory on project/frame deletion

* Ensure the git backend is deleted when the project tree is deleted.
* Unload the git repo for a project when the project is unloaded from
the tree.
