a0dd0485e9 Pull a little harder on the MANDATORY_FIELDs string. 
We still conflate the fieldID, the position in the
array of fields, and whether or not that means the
field is mandatory.  But this attempts to clean up
*some* of that, without introducing too much risk.

0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

6686ade45b Remove (somewhat atrophied) manual pretty printing. 
Also fixes a bug where the pretty printer didn't insert
linebreaks for a forest (it assumed a single tree root).

Also further regularises bool and quote formatting.

c14e8aea89 TEMPLATE_FIELDNAMES: don't drag in the lexer header 
TEMPLATE_FIELDNAMES_LEXER is already forward declared - including the
header too drags DSNLEXER into many files, but it is literally only used
in template_fieldnames.cpp.

11de95778b Unwrap the FROM_UTF8 macro in favor of direct function 
The extern just gets annoying to try to export the func later. We also yeet TO_UTF8 to string_utils.h for parity.

93239516d9 Remove ID from property fields 
ID was not maintained or used other than to ensure unique fields.
Instead of saving, we assign the known IDs to specific field names and
sequentially create new IDs on load

20211eed49 Unroll a level of prefs for fieldname templates. 
It was playing havoc with the saving of project and global templates
without one overwriting the other.

4990d1e7b2 Variable substitution framework. 
This implements editing of variables and moving SCH_FIELDs,
TEXTE_MODULEs, TEXTE_PCB and worksheet items over to the new
framework.
