Fix other minor issues in DIALOG_PLOT_SCHEMATIC.
Previously the export was always in inch (and in mm in Pcbnew)
kicad-cli always export in mm (like in Pcbnew)
If a sheet is bigger than the page size selected in the plotter (PC, PDF , SVG)
(i.a a A3 sheet plotted scaled to A4 page) the background area size actually plotted
was to small.

Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
SCH_EDIT_FRAME::SetCurrentSheet( xxx ) was used to switch to a sheet, but
SCH_EDIT_FRAME::SetCurrentSheet() has side effects to the current VIEW
(clear some data used to show the sheet on screen) and does not fully
restore the "old" screen
SCHEMATIC::SetCurrentSheet( xxx ) is now used to switch to a sheet
A sheetpath is required to correctly resolve text variables.
Depending on currentSheet is rife with bugs.
There are many places where we do *not* want to be prepending
field names to the field values, such as netlisting,
building PDF hypertext menus, etc.
Also, Find/Replace needs to work on unresolved text, as
that's what we're going to display (and if replace nuked
your variable references you wouldn't be happy).

However, DXF and HPGL is not perfect, but OTOH this is not an usual format for schematic.
PS format is not tested for now.
