Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Clears out the last spot where we were only using Clipper1 (how'd I
miss that?) and remove all calls to the Clipper1 structures
