7cf699bc9d eeschema: move SwapData to SwapItemData/swapData paradigm 
Used by BOARD_ITEM to support groups, which we are adding to the
schematic. Also adds an unused group pointer for now.

0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

f9b745f3d2 Allow multiple format image saving 
- Keep original image data.  When loading JPEG, this avoid recompression
  that changes file data and decreases image quality
- Allow schematic and page layout editors to store non-PNG data as well
- Move page layout editor to store base64 instead of hex-coded data

c617abe8e9 SCH_BITMAP and PCB_BITMAP: rename m_image to m_bitmapBase. Add more info 
in GetMsgPanelInfo() (PPI, scale).
m_image name was confusing: it is not a wxImage, but a BITMAP_BASE item,
and m_image name was already in use in BITMAP_BASE, used inside SCH_IMAGE.
Bitmap properties dialog: show PPI value and add Title to dialog.

64a6fc0fd4 Push UNITS_PROVIDER down into a low-level mixin. 
This allows us to also construct cheap UNIT_PROVIDERs for specific

18037e2f65 Rework bitmap system to load from archived PNGs 
Bitmaps are now identified by an enum class instead of by pointers.
Bitmap loading and caching is now handled by a class in common, and
we no longer compile most bitmaps into the binary, so there is no
longer a bitmaps static library.

Instead, bitmaps are archived to a .tar.gz file which is installed
in ${KICAD_DATA}/resources/images.tar.gz

The source PNGs are checked in to Git as the original CPP files were,
so that people can build without the required dependencies to convert
SVGs to PNGs.

Initial support is also added for dark theme icons, although this
is not yet exposed in the GUI.

Stubs are present for multi-resolution image resources, but this is
not fully-baked yet and could use some refinement.

61f2dd21b1 Eeschema gal: fix some redraw issues for bitmap images and worksheet. 
After edition, the worksheet was not updated on screen.
Bitmap images were not shown in opengl mode due to the fact all gal layers were cached.

0167ff880c Don't attempt to move bitmaps from anchor point. 
It works poorly for large bitmaps, and they're unlikely to have
well-defined anchor points anyway.

eacaa39aa2 Remove global units usage from GetSelectionText... 
... and GetMsgPanelInfo.

Step 4 in the g_UserUnit eradication effort.

Also removes a couple of conversion routines that were close
enough to extinction.
