Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Catch language switch before Python

We don't translate the python scripting window yet, so we need to catch
the KIWAY message to change the language and simply discard it
