Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Gerbview: Fit to page: use the page size when nothing is loaded.

Previously, due to a minor bug, a very small default size was used (therefore a high zoom value), that was not a good choice.
