0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

9b1b318736 REMOVED: Footprint field from footprints 
This field was redundant (was generally set to the footprint's LIB_ID)
but also buggy (not guaranteed to contain the footprint's LIB_ID)
and confusing (not a way to change the footprint's LIB_ID).

b043f334de Update font when needed on italic/bold change 
When the italic or bold nature is changed, text using outline fonts may
need to change its font. Add this to the SetItalic/SetBold functions.

Also add a counterpart SetItalicFlag function (following SetBoldFlag)
when you only need to set the flag (e.g. when importing or changing
everything in the text properties dialog).

65c75072ef Convert between refs and KIIDs in Footprint Properties. 
Also fixes DIALOG_TEXT_PROPERTIES, which did it correctly
for multi-line texts, but not for single-line texts.

504b3cd174 FP editor: allows FOOTPRINT field to be editable. 
Although it had no meaning in FP editor, it needs to be edited in some cases,
as it is a member of a library footprint.

8762859c6d Fix a display issue in wxStyledTextCtrl widgets in dialogs (Windows specific). 
It happens when a text is using some esoteric unicode chars.

3f98769a77 More EDA_ANGLE. 
Includes bug fix for catastrophic error in Add() for converting to
radians.

Includes bug fixes for the fact that the pcbnew test can't seem to
find the ANGLE_* objects (getting all 0's instead).

ad85f8078a Reverse escaping when transferring multi-line 
We escape the strings coming out of the DIALOG_TEXT_PROPERTIES window,
so we need to unescape the ones coming in

9c78e4cf54 Mac needs different font size handling than MSW & GTK. 
Mac already uses diverse font sizes (for instance, smaller fonts for
radio button groups), and the anti-aliasing is a lot better.  The
other platforms need a more limited range of sizes.

fbee62fc15 Tie font size scaling to when automatic icon scaling fails. 
It appears that SetSymbolicSize() and ConvertDialogToPixes() fail
under the same circumstances.

6aaf4413b3 Fix kicad_string.h / string.cpp mismatch. 
They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.
