Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Older Ubuntus/Debians use libgit2 that does not support the new defines.
Newer libgit2 provides a name define translation
