If the selection filter has blocked all selections under the cursor,
show a subtle flash on which filter(s) did the blocking. Helpful for
people getting frustrated by not being able to select locked items.

Sometimes you want to add these in the ctor of the child
class based on some logic and having to construct the vector
in the init-list is a bit ugly.
Theoretically allows to not require a vector too.
We now allow the user to specify which in the
New Library dialog.
Also retires the "Export power symbols too" dialog.
Also gives a bunch of file and library dialogs
more explicit titles.
Also removes separate code-paths for Export to
Library and Export to New Library. The regular
code path has a "New Library..." button now.

Group selections are typically only the group (and not the children), so
calling an RTree update on the selection will not update the positon of
the children, only the group. This will lead to misses when calculating
hits for various operations until the elements are updated (usually in a
commit). This is, however, too late for checks that happen during moves

There should be far fewer hatched objects than other
objects, so we're spending too much effort finding
all the possible damage when we probably should
just be auto-regenerating all the hatching.
This also moves it out of being done during redraw,
which was proving problematic. Plus the refill
zones architecture does it during commit, and has
a lot more miles behind it.
The file watcher can throw errors on Linux that are very cryptic and
actually not very useful to users, so let's hide them since there isn't
really any problem that comes from this.

Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
7daded7c60878b2372b2cbecfd96654dfb7344fc moved them to bare pointers but
this was not required to allow forward declarations. We only need to
place the CTOR/DTOR fully in the cpp file where the nlnav headers are
included
Library watches only need a single directory or immediate children. The
project watcher should have a sensible limit to the total number of
files it tries to track.

When editing or viewing library symbols, the files are watched for
underlying changes. If any occur, the user is either prompted to reload
(if reloading would overwrite their current edits) or the file is
silently updated to the current version on disk.
This also sets a custom assertion handler to avoid unneeded crashes when
recieving invalid SAMBA packets and turns off assertions entirely when
running in release (non-debug) mode
The spacemouse driver, particularly on Mac, is extremely unstable and
causes crashes even when not being used. This places the interface
behind an advanced config flag to ensure that users can affirmatively
opt-in to the potential for crashes
