Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

EDA_LIST_DIALOG: fix a crash due to use after delete data.
...
A list of wxArrayString was used in dialog, but not stored in this dialog.
(and this list was deleted by the caller)
A copy is now stored in dialog.
Fixes #11543
