The Include "Exclude from BOM" setting is for editing, not exporting.
...
There's no reason to put items marked "Exclude
from BOM" into the BOM.

Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
