Remove (somewhat atrophied) manual pretty printing.
...
Also fixes a bug where the pretty printer didn't insert
linebreaks for a forest (it assumed a single tree root).
Also further regularises bool and quote formatting.

PAGE_INFO: use double instead of int to store the page size.
...
For historical reasons, they are stored in mils, but using int create rounding
issues when converting to/from mils to IU in dialogs.
This is a minor but annoying issue.
