This still leaves a few things out in the cold,
such as hit-testing and polygon generation.
But at least it allows us to plot with a default
font.

[Resolve conflicts with JP's fix to same. I'm not sure if we support !m_mirrorIsHorizontal, but
it was in other code, so I left it in just to be
safe....]

There are two netclass name methods, which previously were not
obvious in their uses. These have been renamed to now have:
GetName() : Used for internal or tooling (e.g. netlist export) usage
GetHumanReadableName() : Used for display to users (e.g. in infobars)
Fixing the previous unclear naming will result in fewer bugs
when users start using the multiple netclass functionality, as
the incorrect usage had started creeping in to new code. Also this
will help authors of new code select the correct name method.
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
Also adds a mode for AUTOADDED fields.
Also fixes a couple of bugs where a manual-level autoplaced
symbol would get reset back to auto-level when autoplaced.
- Adds Component Class field to SCH_DIRECTIVE_LABEL
- Adds SCH_SYMBOLs to SCH_RULE_AREA item lists
- SCH_SYMBOLs resolve Component Class directives
- Netlist exporter / importer handles Component Class names
- Adds DRC expressions and functions
- Adds QA check for component class netlist export
This means that labels keep the position relative
to what they are connected to after the swap.
An attempt is made to map the fields of a label
into the position of a matching field (i.e. same name)
on the swapped-to label.
Move the SCH_FIELD rotation justification
handling to the SCH_FIELD class, so it's not just
SCH_LABEL that handles it.

At 10, a strict recursion shows a noticable lag in schematics with
larger numbers of fields. 2 may be a sweet spot unless we find a
schematic where this does not work
Includes:
- Fix GAL to draw closed polygons in eeschema
- Add functionality to eeschema to draw arbitary polygons
- Update polygon item previews to have customisable edge colour
- Add new SCH_RULE_AREA class, derived from a poly SCH_SHAPE
- Add SCH_RULE_AREA to paint and plot methods
- Add new rule area color preference to themes
The connectivity routine would consider symbols, overwriting unused
subgraphs for pins that were not in the change list. This is resolved
by updating the full connectivity to only use pins in the graph since
symbols are not connected independently.
In the process of adding QA tests for this change, additional issues
with the schematic QA were discovered. Specifically, we were not
properly setting the root sheet UUID. This was partially masked by a
const_cast setting of the RefDes in sch_symbol when called the RefDes
getter. This exposed the fact that our QA ERC numbers did not match the
schematic editor stand alone ERC numbers. So the test value for one
check needed to be updated
