If you set the env var KICAD_EDIT_ADVANCED_CFG=1, you get a new menu
option in the KiCad project window's Edit menu. Lets you modify the
settings for advanced config graphically without having to
remember/lookup the magic incantation

Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
