Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
(While at first it may look like any item with the flag set
is going to get deleted anyway, if an undo happens then we
end up with table cells with the STRUCT_DELETED flag already
set.)
