0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

574bef2237 Normalize drawing sheet path to env vars & prj, not just prj. 
Also cleans up the dialog a bit.

Also changes the workings of NormalizePath to return the input if
it couldn't be shortened which saves open coding that behaviour in
all its callers.

bcd6bddfd4 Start expunging NULL. 
Given that KiCad is a C++ project, we should really be using nullptr
instead of NULL.
