Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Remove basic masking class map_string_utf8

This is just std::map<std::string, UTF8>, using the class just masks
what it is and adds unclear functions.

ADDED: Change watcher for libraries
...
When editing or viewing library symbols, the files are watched for
underlying changes. If any occur, the user is either prompted to reload
(if reloading would overwrite their current edits) or the file is
silently updated to the current version on disk.
This also sets a custom assertion handler to avoid unneeded crashes when
recieving invalid SAMBA packets and turns off assertions entirely when
running in release (non-debug) mode

Fix issue converting legacy SPICE models.
...
1) if a legacy model references a library then we need to see if said
libraray exists and read model from it if so
2) legacy node ordering is by index, not pin name
3) we can't auto-generate a pin map when we don't know the pin names,
so don't try

Fix kicad_string.h / string.cpp mismatch.
...
They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.
