Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Continue rationalisation of vector, trace and signal names.

Also add a little bit more code so user-defined signals can be edited
without resetting their properties.
