c163f0a24c CHANGED: better real-estate usage in Edit Symbol Fields dialog. 
1) Moved view controls list to a wx_grid.
2) Allow show/hide of columns in view controls.
3) Allow editing of BOM Names in grid without long-click on Mac.
3) Added column show/hide states and sash pos to prefs.
4) Decreased mininum sash pane width to allow wider main grid.
5) Simplified presentation by moving "include" and "cross-probe"
   settings to config menu.

0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

62c961b8ba Performance Mitigate "Edit all symbol fields" dialog slow closing. 
GetSymbols will return all symbols. Call it once and cache it.

3d0dc2fc1b Symbol Fields Table: better selection event control 
wxGrid changes the selection every time it gets a grid change event so
we need to selectively suppress these.

04532a61f4 Symbol Fields Dialog: don't change sheets on load 
Late bind the range selection event so we don't lose our selection as a
result of loading data into the table, then jumping to the selected
value.

d8df792c6a Fields Symbol Table: really move columns when the user moves them 
Move the internal columns and rebuild the table when a user moves the
columns. This is the only way to fix selection issues across reordered
columns.
