30e51f7d1a Pcbnew: Show some helper lines in point editor 
Some shapes, like arcs and beziers have "lines" that
can be useful to see when editing, but aren't directly
editable and may not overlap the object's own lines.

So make it possible to, indepedently:

 - Turn off the centre-point drag handle affordance
 - Show the actual line segment on screen.

e882753ebf Grid snapping fixes. 
1) Uniformly honour the GAL grid snap settings
2) Make more uniform use of GRID_HELPERs
3) Smarten EDIT_LINE for mid-point snapping

3ad5bce67f Rewrite connected-lines dragger to not use EDA_ITEM flags. 
We had some spurious bugs where both ends would get dragged to a
single point (making them disappear).  While I never caught it
in the debugger, I'm guessing that the flags weren't getting
cleared properly or were getting overwritten or something.  Anyway,
it now uses std::pair instead.

713cd4a47a Point editor: show dragged points with a highlight 
Take points editor colors from color theme

Also fix an issue where the edited object sometimes didn't
update when a point is dragged.

container, the emplace idiom is faster and more efficient.

8f1c1cf298 pcbnew: Don't limit editing of the polygons 
45 deg contraints are not saved per polygon, so don't limit per polygon.
The constraint is only enforced during creation.

b3615b36bb pcbnew: Retain 45° constraint 
This also finishes the polygon with 45° lines when chosen as a create
option.
