Rewrite GROUP undo based on uuids.

This also removes the GROUP/UNGROUP-specific undo actions.
This also fixes a bunch of undo bugs when duplicating
group members, creating pins, etc.

Add char_traits<T> specialisations for wxUniChar and NANODBC_SQLCHAR

when building on Apple with Clang >= 17.
These specialisations are not strictly required by the C++ standard,
and have been removed from LLVM.
