0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

493828cc6b Eradicate a bunch of calls to dyn_cast. 
Also deletes PAD::GetParent() which fails to look for parent footprint
through groups.

122a6d7f46 Move hypertext linking to user-page-numbers. 
Also moves most navigation code to SCH_NAVIGATION_TOOL.
Also changes page number href to anchor syntax ('#foo').
Also adds hypertext processing to SCH_TEXTBOXes.
Also adds combobox with schematic pages to text properties dialog.

6aaf4413b3 Fix kicad_string.h / string.cpp mismatch. 
They don't define a KiCad string class, so the header file name was
somewhat misleading. But the fact that they didn't match definitely
made coding more difficult.

ea6769b702 The REPORTER interface is inherently line-based. 
Also fixes a bunch of error messages that were similar but not
identical (which just increases translation burden).

6009414e22 Drill files export: ensure the Top to Bottom PTH drill file is always created, 
even if there are no hole.
NPTH file is already always created.

8c19b4b6ae pcbnew: Adding arcs to PNS 
This is allows ARCs in tracks to be synchronized with
the PNS router.  Note this does not yet include the UI components
to route curved traces

f2518a5120 ADDED: pad fabrication property, as required in latest Gerber file specification. 
Property is a pad info used mainly for fabrication or test.
Currently, supported properties are:
BGA property (variant of SMD pad)
Fiducial (global to the board or local to the footprint)
Test Point
Heat sink
Castellated.
And are used in Gerber files (copper layers and drill files)

Increment BOARD_FILE_VERSION  to 20200104

29ca96cfe7 Gerber drill file: Modify a aperture attribute for oblong holes (slots). 
Oblong holes (slots) use now a aperture attribute similar to round holes.
(The previous attribute "slot" is now deprecated)
However they have a specific aperture, and a comment is added in drill files for these apertures.

834d9335dd Do not plot zero width oval holes in Gerber X2 drill files 
In case there are zero width oval holes on the PCB,
it is safer to not plot them at all, rather than plotting
with width arbitrarily increased to 10 mils.
This also makes Gerber outputs consistent with Excellon outputs.
