Make pasting in lib tables easier
...
You generally copy/paste whole rows in lib tables, so make this workflow
easier. Allows pasting rows as new data. Prevent overwriting existing
data and don't force pasting from the first column

Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names
