Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Includes Inspect > Resolve Clearance, Inspect > Resolve
Constraints and everything else that uses WX_HTML_REPORT_BOX.

Move HTML_WINDOW to widgets folder, also fix some fbps that were wrongly not edited
...
Somebody manually edited at least 3 files fixed here....so the fbps were wrong
