Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF
...
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

LENGTH_TUNER_TOOL: fix a bug (missing initialization) creating a serious isse.
...
m_inLengthTuner was not initialized, preventing the tool to be started (sometimes)
Fix also a few not initialized members.
