Sometimes, you don't want those 45° corners in your nice, clean zones.
This adds an additional mode that can be selected, cycling through
free-angle, 45° angle and 90° angle constraints
Footprints in orgs have standard naming. We need to allow designers to
keep their standard namings outside of boards where they are fixed.
This belongs in the preferences as a set-once for local standards
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

This resolves an inconsistency between Pcbnew and FP editor that means
default dimension properties cannot be set in the FP editor, but the
dimension line widths and text sizes _can_, which can lead to mismatches
between different parts of the same dimension that can't be prevented
except retroactively using the properties tools.
Per ASME-Y14.5-2009 section 2.3, trailing zeroes are not used for metric
dimensions, which are probably most common. Unit suffixes are also not
used in every dimension when specified as a global default, which is
also common (usally in the fab notes).
This appears to be common defaults in other EDA software. This is also
compatible with ISO 129-1 section 4.3.
In Pcbnew, this is only the default until the user sets it in the board
settings, so existing designs will always keep their set values.
There was a gentle mish-mash of booleans, some with
true being left/right and some up/down, and some functions that
can flip in both axes (which is never actually done, and doesn't
really make geometric sense).
Replace all this with the FLIP_DIRECTION enum class, which makes
the intention completely unambiguous.
This also then allows a small scattering of simplifications,
because everything takes the same type and you don't have to
fiddle booleans to fit.
Also simplifies the scoring algorithm so that it only
differentiates between exact-match, match-at-start and
any-match. The rest of the position-based matching
stuff is gone, as is the knowledge of the name vs the
keywords vs the description. All that is left to the
provider of the weighted search terms array.
CHANGED: Symbol chooser search now considers custom symbol fields
Visible columns can be controlled in database libraries.
In standard KiCad libraries, we show columns for all custom fields for now.
Customizable column visibility will be added in the future.

WxString does not allocate space for wide strings needed during
conversion unless the string is explicitly wide. This can cause buffer
over/underflow

(Conversion was upside-down.)
Also fixes bugs with rotation angle increment not getting units
set and with a 0 footprint editor value overwriting a non-zero
pcb editor value (or vice versa).
This assigns the "Tab" key to a general pcbnew 45° limitation. Limit
can be enabled/disabled using context menu as well.
Removed the user preference for 45° limitation on graphic lines as that
is overlapping with the general limitation, which is not an editing
preference so much as a temporary adjustment to tool action.
