Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo. Avoids needing to
repeatly update.
Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

Do not allow sheet filename change from DIALOG_SCH_FIELD_PROPERTIES.

It does not work. Changing a sheet filename is complex, and can be
made only in sheet properties dialog.
