0b2d4d4879 Revise Copyright statement to align with TLF 
Recommendation is to avoid using the year nomenclature as this
information is already encoded in the git repo.  Avoids needing to
repeatly update.

Also updates AUTHORS.txt from current repo with contributor names

77797103f7 Add ability to embed files in various elements 
Schematics, symbols, boards and footprints all get the ability to store
files inside their file structures.  File lookups now have a
kicad-embed:// URI to allow various parts of KiCad to refer to files
stored in this manner.

kicad-embed://datasheet.pdf references the file named "datasheet.pdf"
embedded in the document.  Embeds are allowed in schematics, boards,
symbols and footprints.  Currently supported embeddings are Datasheets,
3D Models and drawingsheets

38c863c3f4 Attempt to fix nullptr error when looking up units scale in pl_editor. 
(I can't be sure if this works or not because my M1 build won't launch
pl_editor for some reason.)

574bef2237 Normalize drawing sheet path to env vars & prj, not just prj. 
Also cleans up the dialog a bit.

Also changes the workings of NormalizePath to return the input if
it couldn't be shortened which saves open coding that behaviour in
all its callers.
