DIALOG_TEMPLATE_SELECTOR: fix minor issues Windows specific.

Browse Source 
- deselect the string showing the folder path (selected at opening the dlg)
- replace a linear-gradient HTML data not handled by wx webview library
standard build version on MSYS2 (MSYS2 specific)
